John and his team were excellent - leagues better than I expected from any dealer in Massachusetts. They were friendly and honest throughout the whole process, and they sold me a nice car! The only negative was that when I went to purchase the car, they didn't have the title from the auction yet, and I had to wait while they got it. They did, however, send a guy out right away and it didn't take too long! I will definitely consider them again, particularly for another electric vehicle.
