I just completed the purchase of my 2nd Aston Martin at Newport Beach AM. My sales person, Mathew Parsons really is a brand expert. He is extremely knowledgeable both in terms of building out a new car and at delivery, demonstrating all of the features and set up. He worked closely with Jeff West, the manager to ensure I got a very fair deal and value for my trade.

Looking for exotic cars should be fun. I visited 5 new dealers and 2 used dealers in and around Newport over a 4-week period. I visited Aston Martin of Newport Beach just prior to & just after Christmas. I’ve been waiting to get back into the office to post my very positive experience. My Aston Martin consultant Joey was a breath of fresh air in so many ways… No silly attempt of sales pressure, not overly glossy with fake personas, no odd or offhand comments designed to elicit a response. In fact, Joey made me feel as though I was speaking with a responsible, intelligent, and thoughtful adviser who had my best interest in mind. The cars they offer are exquisite and the people they have representing the company are of the highest caliber. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an enjoyable, comfortable and exhilarating exotic car shopping experience. I would also highly recommend Joey as your advisor... He is top notch.

The purpose of this review is to give the highest possible rating to Tim Shelton and the rest of the team at Aston Martin Newport Beach. Details follow; apologies in advance for the length of the review. Earlier this year I determined that the next car on my bucket list would be a V12 Aston Martin – with a bit of research I landed on either a V12 Virage or a later model DB9. My search took almost 5 months and spanned coast to coast; I contacted 14 dealers (6 of whom were Aston Martin stores) and 2 private sellers. I also invested quite a bit of money in commissioning PPIs on no fewer than 5 different cars. The 2015 DB9 at AM Newport Beach was one of the first to get on my radar screen, but there were other cars that seemingly were better buys – either with lower miles, or with lower asking prices, or both. But time and again I kept coming back to the car at AMNB as my first ranked choice. There is a saying with collector cars that “you buy the seller more than the car” and so it was with Tim – throughout the process he was courteous, responsive, and transparent, but never “pushy”. As an illustration, each of the PPIs turfed up one or more issues with each car – most of these were dismissed or minimized by the sellers, but Tim quickly acknowledged the issue with his car and had his service department fix it. In the end I purchased the AMNB DB9 and just this week it was delivered (efficiently and flawlessly by a carrier selected by the dealer) to our home in Texas. My hats off to Tim Shelton and Aston Martin Newport Beach. When I’m in the market for another Aston Martin in the future, they will definitely be the dealership I turn to, as well as recommend to all my friends and colleagues.

Joey was great, he was extremely responsive, organized the collection and delivery of the vehicles from Florida to California. Fantastic experience, hopefully going back to him for our next Aston Martin!!!
