I made an appointment to begin with. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. I dropped my car off with Mikey, also very nice dude to work with. He explained all of the charges accurately and there were no unexpected charges, plus there was no pressure. I brought my '13 Malibu in for a Special Warranty that involved the exhaust camshaft actuator solenoid, which the mechanics knocked out of the park. The car doesn't tremble at stops anymore. I also had them look at the parking brake they did a diagnosis and I denied further work. Great place to go to get great, quality work done. I highly recommend to bring your cars mechanical needs here.
