I recently bought a 2012 Mini Cooper Clubman from Sal at Automaxx. The entire process was easy and enjoyable. I had seen another Mini Cooper online, but it was not ready for a test drive. The 2012 model I bought is everything I wanted and more - it is the only one of this color - Ice Blue - in the US. It’s a beautiful car and I’m very happy with it. Joe, the Finance Manager, was also awesome and very helpful. The showroom is gorgeous - highly recommend you visit and check out their inventory!

Sal was our sales person. He answered all our questions and was very informative. He was very professional and polite. He was not pushy and seemed very honest. He did work with us as far as meeting our budget to purchase the car. Sal was also willing to accommodate us by scheduling us as his first appointment since we lived far from the dealership. Thank you Sal for making our experience in purchasing the car a great one.

Buying a car online from a distance can be scary, stressful, and sometimes a gamble. Sal at Automaxx in Tampa made my purchase easier than some in person deals I have done. He was very professional and his communication was excellent. It could not have been a smoother process. Very happy with my purchase (2015 Audi S3) and my experience with Sal and Automaxx! If I could give this dealership a higher rating I definitely would! I have been to several “large” dealerships in the past for vehicles and I have always left feeling like a business deal. The guys at Automaxx were just different. From the time I arrived and I was greeted by Sal, to closing everything financially with Joe, I could tell they truly value their customers. They stayed completely professional throughout the entire process, they listened to my needs and budget, and were very knowledgeable about their vehicles. I can’t say enough about their impressive customer service skills! So much so that I not only purchased one vehicle from them for my daughter, but literally came back one week later and traded my car in too!
