My experience at Lexus of Winter Park was great from the beginning to the end! I came in on Friday and Angelina was my sales person. I informed her I wanted to see a particular vehicle that was posted on their website. She took me directly to that vehicle. (Sometimes Sales people try to show you additional vehicles that you did not ask for.) I checked out the vehicle outside and inside. Angelina patiently waited and answered any questions I had. No pressure from her at all. She was very knowledgeable in the vehicle. We went back into the dealership where I met Sunny. I told him I was not ready to purchase but I wanted the out the door price. He gave me a breakdown of the cost and I told them I would let them know the next day if I was still interested. Again, no pressure to purchase. I informed them that my experience with them that day was the most easy going car experience I have ever had. They listened and delivered on what I asked for. The next morning I arrives at the dealership (I informed Angelina) the night before I would be returning. As I pulled up she pulled up the vehicle I was interested in. I talked numbers with Sunny and we were able to reach an agreement. Angelina provided water and snacks and made sure the vehicle was detailed in and out with special attention to detail. The delivery of the was top notch. The red carpet with the personalized name stand was a nice touch. ???? I could write so many more great things that Sunny and Angelina did that day. It was many small things that made a great impact. I had amazing customer service car buying experience on Saturday. That credit goes to Angelina and Sunny! Thank you both!

Short story: Lola and Vanessa gave me the easiest experience and the best price! And Gabriel and the finance department made signing paperwork quick and actually enjoyable. Best car experience I’ve ever had. Longer story: After a month of being frustrated by other dealers, I got a referral to Lexus of Winterpark and had a quick conversation with Lola. With her and Vanessa we were able to talk about my wants in a car and were able to narrow down my choices. The best part about this whole experience was that she was able to give me an amazing price on their car and my trade in WITHOUT all of the crazy back and forth that car dealers do. So if you want an amazing car without having to fight on pricing or settle for less of a car than you want, you need to call and ask for Lola!
