Purchased a mini cooper that caught my eye online. From test drive to leaving with keys in my hand, customer service was excellent! No pushy sales tactics or slick talk. Nimer was great and east to work with. Would definitely refer friends and fam without hesitation ((( update: 3days after purchase car had a check engine light come on. Said it was a misfire. Figured it was a tune up issue so I ordered everything needed to do it. Car broke down before I was able to do so. After talking to a manager and another associate. I was told to have my car towed to a location to have a diagnostic ran on it. Weeks later I was finally told it needed a new motor. Unacceptable, seeing how I was told while test driving it that it was fully looked over and no major issues were found, beside the suspension rattle that was obvious when driving and I told the sales associate that it's not problem. Easy fix. Manager told me they will pay some of the cost of the repairs. 4 months later, after an absurd amount of calls wanting an update, no call back, no kind of communication on their part. Got the run around about parts being ordered, wrong parts delivered, and supposedly parts installed. I'm barely getting my car back, still with the check engine light on. Now the starter makes grinding noises when you go to start the vehicle now, turn the ac on, and it smells like mildew. Windows stopped working and now the Passenger side won't roll up. This is a shady place, and the mechanic shop they had do the repairs stole personal items from the vehicle also. I get that a used vehicle with age will have issues. But after paying $2500 and waiting 4months for a new motor and other new parts to just have more issues is not how you run a business. Attorney will be handling this from here on

Super great experience working with Nimer to get our new to us Civic Si. We were able to show up and test drive the car without a sales guy talking us up during the process which was a breath of fresh air. Then when we got back and looked at numbers I was shocked that there was only sales tax, title fee and a small ($250) dealer/detail fee. Most dealers tag on so many more fees that make no sense, so that felt super nice. Their website did a great job showing the car as well! Sure, there’s some sales talk, but what do you expect from a sales guy. However there was never an ounce of pressure or “bullying” that I’ve felt at other dealers. Just a guy trying to get you in a car you like. Also notable that this was one of the first experiences I’ve had where the sales guy actually liked cars! For some reason that’s hard to come by but not here. Overall the experience was great. Price was great, sure the car has some dings (that were shown!) but I paid far less here and can take it to get fixed for still less than a big dealer. Would totally recommend them over a big dealership 100%. Thanks Nimer!

Nimer was absolutely amazing through my whole process! This is the second car I purchased from them in a year. Both of my vehicles are great! Albert was also great with helping me get my car! They literally treat you like family. Every car I purchase in the future will come from Dallas Drive!

The owner was very helpful and transparent. Even reached out to me when there was a simple issue. Although I didn't have my title for the trade in, he was still willing to work with us to get the car I wanted and broke down the history of the vehicle for me. It did have a check engine light on, so worked with us to accommodate a possible future hiccup with it by providing different options for a warranty. I was overall pretty happy with how everything went and was honestly the smoothest vehicle purchase I ever did, despite the hectic atmosphere as they are currently rebranding. He did a great job multitasking.

These guys took pretty great care of me! I bought a 2017 GMC Acadia and they were very professional. The second time I came around to test drive it the car looked like it was in much better condition. These guys were tough but fair on the price but considering the deal elsewhere.
