I was frustrated with the fact that when I called I couldn’t directly speak with a salesperson. I called initially for a ford and was called back immediately. The ford deal didn’t fit my budget so I called about a Chevy. I never received a call back. How I ultimately connected with a sales person was via a friend at work. I wanted an easy experience where I could handle most of it over the phone. I ultimately received that experience but only because I had a connection to a sales person via work. I was very happy with my sales person but not happy with your process to get in contact with a salesperson.
