The car buying experience was a pleasant one. Chris listened to what I had to say as far as what I was looking for, and was very informative when showing me the vehicle. No sugar coating, and no pushiness. Erin was also very helpful in helping me with the tech portion with the Kia app. They really seem to want to make the customer happy, and I appreciate that.
