I had the best experience buying my Kia Soul! Cole was our salesman and was amazing. We seen the car first stop, but left to look around more to be sure it was THE one I wanted! Went back and drove off with it the same day! Everything went so smoothly and was made sure we were comfortable during the transfer. If you need a vehicle make this your first and last stop! You won't be disappointed. Oh and the warranties are something to give a loud whoop about too! Very kind finance gentleman! He was amazing!

Had a great car buying experience here! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was pretty much smooth sailing. My salesman Andrew, did his best to accommodate my needs, work with my budget, and get me into the vehicle I desired. I absolutely love my new ride, so does my babies! ***Update 3/30/24 - Sterling Kia was amazing about answering all questions and issues with the car. She rides amazing and they are great when we go into the location for servicing. I am thrilled it has all worked out. ***Update 12/29/23 Issues with the car were addressed, so far things are good, we still need to bring it back to have the passenger window motor looked at again but aside of that it’s been good. I do love my Kia I just wish I had a better experience with it in the beginning. The only thing I’m not liking with the 2020 is when I put my car in park the doors automatically unlock, not sure how I feel about this feature. ***Update 8/16/2023 I did end up purchasing a 2020 Kia Sportage. I absolutely love my car HOWEVER I’m starting to become concerned I may have gotten a lemon. I’m truly hoping not but I’ve had to bring my car in several times already and my husband is there with my car again!!! Big concern that I purchased a vehicle giving me this many issues this soon after buying it. I changed pace with trying out a Kia vehicle and my hopes are very dampened at this point. Aside or the fact that I am having problems with my car Already!!!!! The fact that I keep having to miss work to bring it there is an issue as well, then my husband is having to go and sit there all day, another problem is why does a company this big not offer to bring the customer home and pick up when car is done, VERY disappointing. As pretty as my car is and as much as I like it, I’m not sure at this point if I would refer anyone to buy a Kia. Great customer service is one thing when selling me a vehicle but what about when the vehicle is having problems? Idk I’m very perplexed, very very disappointed!! I came to Kia on a referral and I’m wondering if I made a mistake. I will keep you guys updated!!****** Ryan Gary was great helping me find a vehicle I liked. He is very nice and listens to what you are looking for. I was on the website looking on Sunday and Monday morning he reached out via phone and email. The location is very clean and the employees are all smiling, this says a lot for a business, most times I walk into a business and there are very few smiling faces. I spent most of the weekend on different websites and visited a few places. You can't beat the prices that Sterling Kia offers for the quality of the vehicles, price, low mileage & year of vehicle. I have always been a Toyota girl but I was quickly impressed with Sterling Kia. I look forward to doing business with them.
