John and the team at Bartow Ford were excellent. I ordered an F-150 Raptor and they kept me informed the whole way. I was given an excellent price and fair value for my trade. On delivery day I was there 1 1/2 hours at the most. The vehicle was ready to go just as promised detailed and full of gas. I would highly recommend John if you're looking to buy a vehicle.

*Ben Farmer is an awesome salesman.* This ranks up there as one of my best car buying experiences. You’ve got to love it when you pick a vehicle out on the website, go in, and you are out with financing in an hour and a half. I also loved that this dealer doesn't seem to tack on all these extras and expect you to pay for them. They offer it afterward and don’t pressure you, the way it’s supposed to happen. Finally, the accessories options and the process for that was phenomenal. I bought several accessories, and they were all installed perfectly. 10/10 I couldn’t be happier and I will absolutely buy from Ben at Bartow Ford again.

I always have a great experience at Bartow Ford. Friendly, not pushy, fairly priced, competitive on trade ins. They also seem to be well stocked on parts and accessories if needed. I was glad I was able to get my most recent and most favorite vehicle purchase done here. Oh, also Tim Garcia is always great to work with.

Awesome experience. Between Ian, Brandi, the finance team, and the delivery team, the purchase process was smooth and painless. I didn't have to leave my house and due to the circumstances of Hurricane Helene, I did not have transportation to pick up my new ride. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bartow Ford for anyone looking for a great deal on a vehicle and amazing customer service.
