I was initially greeted by this amazing lovely young man by the name of Francis his superb service exceeded my expectations, he explained everything thoroughly without any hassle. Every staff member I encountered was very pleasant. Brought m6 car in routine maintenance for the first time. The service department walked me through every step of the process. The vehicle was completed earlier than anticipated. To my surprise, they washed the car and cleaned/vacuumed the interior.
