I had a 5 min call with Gary (as in Gary Oldman) and felt the place was legit. When I showed up I was met by Pablo the sales and finance guy who was patient with my test of the vehicle. This was for a family member to important to dot all i and cross all t. They didn't have any bait and switches, of secret fees that were dropped at last minute. They offered a nice 3 mo 3000 mile free warranty and ability to get a bumper to bumper for the vehicle too. No pressure in any form or shape. I was very Skeptical and wary of small dealership but, this has been my most pleasant car buying experience. I worked with Pablo as my finance manager and Gary over the phone. I live far away but that did not seem to be a barrier to being treated kindly and to be given priority as a potential customer. I am impressed by how Gary kept in touch with me and did the best he could to answer all of my questions. I am blown away by the patience and the professionalism of Pablo. He made sure that I got the car I was looking for at a great price. He was very fair with negotiating and made me feel like a part of the auto trust family. Amazing customer service! Juan is the guy to deal with. I did everything virtually. He went above and beyond to get the best financing rate all remotely. Once everything was good, I came in just pick up the car. All the paperwork is esign and you receive a copy of it the moment you sign.
