When our local dealership in Missouri failed to give us straight answers on if they could get the car we were looking for and what the cost would be, we decided to find the closest dealership that had the inventory we were looking for. After a couple weeks of waiting on our local dealership, we contacted Shawnee-Mission Kia - 2 hours away from home and they had the car we wanted in their inventory. Within less than 12 hours we had a brand new car - after calling them on a Friday night at 6:30 PM, getting approved for financing online, and putting down a down payment by phone. The next morning we drove 2 hours to check out the car and it was exactly what we were looking for. We filled out the paperwork and within less than 12 hours from contact to driving off the lot, we had the car we wanted. The staff at Shawnee-Mission Kia is fantastic and the process was simple and easy. We weren't subjected to any upsales and we didn't have to wait long for anything at all. We were given a fair price and the whole process from beginning to end was simple. Our sales person, Dennis, was fantastic. He walked us through everything, making our trade-in process simple, showing us features on our new Carnival that we hadn't been introduced to when we bought our Telluride from another dealership. I can't say enough about this dealership and how great our experience was. We highly recommend Shawnee-Mission Kia and shout out to Dennis for helping us find the car we were looking for and making our experience so easy!

BRYAN MORALES, IS THE BEST! SERVICE ADVISOR! IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Each time I come to get my Kia k5 service, not only does this location do such a great and timely job, BRYAN has the best personality, very kind and beyond helpful, greets you with a smile, and stays in contacts with you while you wait for your car to be serviced to let you know what is going on. He answers any questions I have, to where I clearly understand. I appreciate this, I appreciate him, and thank you Kia!!

Got the opportunity to work with Marvin Velasquez and was really impressed by how professional, patient, and kind he was. I came in as a woman alone to the dealership and he treated me with more respect than I’ve ever had at any other dealership. He was very very patient with me when my dad had 1000+ questions and made the whole process wonderful. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

I was very pleased with the service I received today when I took my car in for an oil change. I was also informed of recall that required a part replaced . All was dealt with this one visit. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would recommend this service department.
