Another amazing experience! I am very pleased with the level of care I have received. The Servicing team always does a thorough job inspecting my car for any issues, provides full transparency, as well as a fair assessment of any associated costs. I can’t say that’s the case for other places I have gone to. I never receive anything less than top quality work here!!

Most of all, I appreciate Maintenance Adviser Brian Title. He seems to be very knowledgeable about the inner working of cars (as he was a Service Technician previously). He always answers my questions patiently, thoroughly, and with confidence. And his answers have the ring of truth to them. Very often (in my past experiences), the advisers at such a desk will give quick, cursory answers which do not make complete sense. I have (in the past) gotten the impression that these advisers didn't TRULY know the answer but was making-up info to get me off their backs. Brian is different. He seems to have the right experience and the right temperament for the job he is doing and I thank him.
