Not going to lie, I am very leery about trusting people at shops, (especially Dundalk). However, I have to admit in full entirety; they came through. Pictured is my 11' Sonata 2.0T, which is in "near" mint condition. I baby this car, even when I drive it and maintain it. I had a sudden engine lockup after hitting the brakes hard and took it in for the extended warranty replacement. I had VERY little hope at all, but Hyundai called me a week in after eval and said that it was approved, and they would be replacing my engine the following day. The Tech's kept me informed, suggested all the right maintenance, and I added the trans service (since the engine was being done, why TH not). they were clear and communicative during the process. When I got the car back, I drove it first for a week, gently, then drove all the way to Chicago and back with absolutely not a single problem. the work they do it true and thorough, I would HIGHLY recommend them. "Keeping in mind, this is a dealer, you will pay dealer prices - this did not matter to me, I needed the job done right".

I had the best experience at Thompson Hyundai. My car needed a big repair. Corey and the service team did an amazing job! They took care of alot of things so I didn't have to worry about anything. I have been going there for a long time and always come out satisfied. They explain everything that is happening and the easiest way to fix it. They really do care about their customers. Definitely recommend this dealership and service department.

Chris Bowen was amazing! I was waiting for the new 2024 Santa Fe since February and she finally came in yesterday. Chris was attentive and explained the ins and outs of the vehicle (as much as I would let him as I was too excited to get my new car home to show the kids). His service surpassed my expectations of dealerships that I have worked with in the past.

If you have an electric car problems, go see Nick Radcliffe here and he would do amazing job Notthing but mad respect for him. He will sit there an make sure you understand the problem and tell you in detail what was done . He even explained things I didn't know before and how long it was truthfully gonna take!! Thanks nick If you want an down to earth service advisor go Jeff on the right side as you enter service and he will take care of you!! The only problem I have is it keeps coming back on the recall did not fix it at all. I will be going back hopefully it won't cost be due to the problem not being fixed it came back
