I highly recommend this dealership and particularly Dave Sharpe!! He was incredible to work with and after a few short hours became like family! My husband and I just moved our daughter to Lexington for law school and we were thinking about buying her a new car. Probably the most hassle free and least pressured I've ever felt buying a car. While I was buying a used Ford and not a new Hyundai, I was still treated well. They even delivered the vehicle from another city just so I could look at it. David Sharpe is awesome. Worked with me on a deal that I left feeling good about. Great experience!! I'll be buying another car from here if the opportunity presents itself from the first day of contact everything was professional and they upheld their end of the deal. They were extremely patient with the buying process and no pressure. Couldn't be happier! To add some details that i failed to mention Misty was incredible! She was extremely tentative to the some of the subtle things i was interested in the vehicle. Misty went the distance to even set up the driver specific personal details in the app and in the car. It was set up to basically drive and go. Thank you for the full explanation of the app and the convenience features that are normally overlooked by the sales person and never explained in detail. Thank you again and I will surely buy another car from you.

Ben from sales was great! He seamed to be honest and God fearing. Quick responses with immediate text messages. I traded a used car for a used car and I liked how that they brought the Kelly blue book paperwork and laid it on the desk and said this is the best we can do for this vehicle and the best we can do for your vehicle. No haggling. The car was a little dirty that I traded for. But they had knocked the Big off. All in all, it was a good experience, Finance department a little pushy, Tried to stick me with a higher interest rate than originally estimated. When they saw, I was frustrated, though they tried harder. I understand It’s just part of the deal. I would definitely trade there again and I’m decently satisfied with the trade process. Thanks again Ben!
