Recently was an accident and it resulted in my car being totaled, so I went to Jones hoping they’d have something. First day there Isaiah introduced himself and helped me through finding the perfect car that worked financially and to my liking. As someone who went in not knowing what they wanted exactly, he took the time to look at several different kinds of cars and was extremely patient with me throughout the whole process. HANDS DOWN, THE MOST STRESS FREE AUTOMOBILE PURCHASE EVER!!! On Valentines Day 0f 2024, I made a visit to Jones Used car location on RT 1 in Bel air, Md with a strong interest to find a newer late model Nissan ROGUE. A Dear Friend of mine new that I had been searching for quite some time for a clean SUV and had No luck at all finding someone who would be willing to agree to give me a Respectable Trade In on my 2015 Ram Laramie Quad Cab. He told me it would be wise to stop by Jones in Bel Air and ask for the used car manager named Greg. I did just that and Oh My, what a GREAT decision!! After meeting with Greg and explaining my entire situation to him, within minutes he told me that he was more than happy to help me find the car that I was looking for and that he could definitely give me a respectable trade on my Ram truck. I cant express how much of a relief this was to hear! This man Treated Me with Class and Dignity from the time I arrived to the time I left later that day in a Certified Pre Owned 2023 Rogue. I must say that the Entire Experience that day was Absolutely Life Changing!! After driving this car for the last 2 weeks, I must say that it has far exceeded all my expectations so far and is an Absolute Pleasure to Drive! I worked with Patrick Zerilli to find a CPO 2018 4Runner. Patrick was incredibly easy to work with focused on excellent customer service more than the sale itself. He made sure my wife, baby, and I saw each car we wanted to test drive (4 cars). He knew we were looking for reliable and safe transportation suggesting alternatives that were appreciated to some of the choices we originally picked. I found a car I w as interested in online after a quick request to discuss the vehicle Randy Meldron promptly answered all my question and even had the car there ready for a test drive. He was polite and knowledgeable. After the test drive I knew it was the car for me, so after collecting a bit of information, I was handed over to the Finance Department. David Walter is a rock star, he is patient answered all my questions and concerns and had just pure professionalism, he took the anxiety of of purchasing a luxury vehicle. I really lucked up and got the dream to while buying a car this time. My husband was so impressed with the A1 service, he'll be coming back to JONES JUNCTION the spring to buy his truck. I was in a rush on the day i went to get a car. Clearance had me in and out in an hour . Most places you are sitting there half the day waiting to sign stuff. I cannot praise clearance enough.
