I’m so in love with my new car!! I had an amazing experience at this AL Piemonte Buick dealership!! My salesman Rocky was so helpful in finding me the right car within my budget! Rocky was so knowledgeable about the details and features of the vehicles. The process was so smooth and very straightforward. Rocky even went above and beyond when I was having trouble connect my car play to my new 2024 Buick Envista, he made sure everything was set to my likeness before pulling off the lot! I would recommend this dealership and Rocky to anyone shopping for a car!

Purchased my first used truck. Sales team was able to work with my budget, let me inspect whatever I desired with no hassle before purchase. Gave me a truly fair trade in value for my vehicle. 14 hours after the truck left the lot the fan stayed on and thermostat for coolant temp wasn’t moving. Contacted salesman O.T, he put me through to the service center to Justin. He agreed I should bring it in. Wasn’t able to get there till 3 days after this happened. Had it diagnosed, thermostat needed replaced, repaired and back on the road that afternoon. They took care of the bill no hassle since it was fresh from the lot practically when the issue initially occurred and really took care of me as a customer. I would absolutely recommend them. Happy to give business to people that don’t treat you like another dollar sale but a valued customer! 5/5
