So recently my partner and I decided to get her a car as it was probably time for an upgrade from her old one. I contacted Toby one of the salesman who work here about it and decided to come in to look at the car. Well we ended up loving it, your basic Honda CRV, AWD clean interior and exterior, got approved the day of (Saturday) I put a deposit down while we gathered the info we needed (pay statements ect) and Monday boom there we were on a hassle free fair priced car with an extended warranty. Everyone in the dealership was nice and it was a pretty easy buying process. It could’ve gone by faster but that was actually at my own fault and not on them. They are fast efficient and friendly! With a pretty decent selection of cars to top that off, I highly suggest you ask for Toby if you come here, he is a VERY good person and really cares about helping you find something that’s the right fit. Super awesome guy and is honest! He doesn’t promise anything he can’t and leave you hanging rather he will do what he can for you and ensure and assist you into getting a vehicle that is right! I’ve bought many many cars in my life (20+) now and this is 1 out of 3 wonderful purchasing experiences, the other many of times i have purchased at other places were terrible, don’t make my mistake just come to this dealer to begin with and you won’t have any stress!

We haven’t heard many great things about approved auto so we were a little hesitant. But we saw a 4 runner that we were interested in and took a chance. Everyone was kind and worked to get us to a price we were comfortable with and gave us a fair trade in value for my car. So far it’s a wonderful running rig that is perfect for our little family.

Great, friendly experience. Being 76 yrs old, I have bought many vehicles. I felt right at home with Carter, Jet and Bob, unlike bigger dealers. They seemed very knowledgeable and were very helpful. I wish my trade in vehicle would have gone better, but it had issues that were unknown to me and it was not safe. Good thing I went to see Approved Auto. It's only been a few days, but I like the new used truck and I didn't have to pay $60,000 which is what a new one would set us back. Thanks to all you guys.

We stopped by a couple different times and each time they were very kind and let us test drive a couple cars. I ended up loving a GMC SUV and chose to come back and purchase it after looking around all of Redmond, Bend, and the Portland area. The salesmen were knowledgeable and helpful!
