I bought an M3 Competition Xdrive through Mo, and his service was top-notch. He is easy to reach out to by phone, and he is very knowledgeable about M cars in general. I think it's important for a big purchase, especially Ms, to be exciting for everyone in the process and Mo definitely was. The biggest plus is no mark-ups here and no hidden fees.

Indeed, the Service atmosphere at BMW ANN ARBOR was very welcoming. And dealing of staff was very professional. They were updating me through sms & videos while I was in the waiting area. Alex Upshur is a very professional and knowledgeable salesperson at BMW Ann Arbor.
