I was at the Willis's dealership to meet AJ, my car-salesman. What I witnessed at the dealership was beyond my amazement. The manager of the dealership with Willis's staff began to surgically park each new car into the showroom. I was amazed how they reversed each Lexus to maximize the space in the showroom. I've never seen this much of care & professionalism in any other dealerships in Iowa. My car-salesman, AJ Bianchi went out of his way to call me and let us know the availability of a 2024 Lexus Rx Hybrid. Both my wife and I was shocked to see the color of the car- it was infantry green. Our dream color. AJ introduced me to Billy the finance manager of Willis. Billy was so patient, curteous, and detailed in explaining the financing options. He advised us on the best rates and explained the next steps to taking our new "child" home. When the day came to bring home our new family member, AJ went all out of the way to tie a red ribbon on the car. We felt so touched, special, and important. Next, Willis's Lexus training specialist, a Laotian young man, meticulously explained to us every nook & cranny of our new Lexus. He so patiently showed us in detail the Lexus's instrument panel, the cars trunk and back seat adjustments. He spent about 90 mins showing us how to operate the new Lexus. Today, if anyone asks me where to buy a car, used or new, I would not hesitate to say, "Willis is your best bet in town! I would not go anywhere else!". Way to Go Willis! Gurwinder Kapur. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I actually enjoyed my recent car buying experience! We were coming from out of town and Nancy had the car all washed and gassed up when we arrived. Just a little over an 1-1/2 hours, we drove away in our new (to us) car! I highly recommend Nancy Schmitz as a sales consultant to work with.

I went to Willis looking for a car as we just had a baby and needed something bigger. Bernardo Pantoja was who helped us, he was very friendly and patient, as I was very picky as to what I wanted. He made sure to show me different style of cars and told me about special features certain cars had. He’s also bilingual so that’s a plus as I have family and friends who I will be recommending! Best customer service if you’re going to buy a car definitely ask for Bernardo !

My experience was the best I loved Melanie who was efficient fun and knowledgeable. I fell in love with Matty Mosley also. She too was very knowledgeable about all the details of everything inside the car. Billie in finance was also so courteous and efficient. Fun to visit with To say the least my new Lexus is beautiful.
