If I could give more stars I would! From start to finish, everyone at Lexus was phenomenal! I came to see a car that was technically “not for sale” at the time as it had just come in, but they made it happen! Every step of the process was smooth and stress free. Anthony Jennison was amazing, not your typical car salesman. I’ve been places that pressure you and appreciated his honesty and transparency. He was very responsive through text and got everything done! My car was ready for pickup within a couple days and their detailing team had everything perfect on the car! Jeremy Coach in finance was amazing to work with! He walked me through each of my coverages and all Lexus has to offer and ensured I got the best rate! Getting the paperwork done was a breeze! I brought my 2013 Lexus ES350 into the Clearwater Lexus dealer for rear brakes and front end alignment. Scott (his formal name is Michael, but he goes by Scott) was the service rep who checked my car in, etc. He was very friendly and professional. I also told him when my car sits in the direct sun light the dash turns sticky as if its melting. He told me he would check with Lexus to see if it could be covered under warranty. The next day when I went to pick my car up, Scott was off that day, so I dealt with a very nice and professional man named Garrett. When I was paying, I ask Garrett about the dash and explained the issue and my conversation with Scott the day before. Garrett told me he would take over tracking that down and would pursue it directly with the Lexus factory rep, who coincidentally was in the store that day. He made it clear that he couldn't promise anything and it would take several days to get it escalated, etc. A few days ago, I received a call from Garrett and he informed me the factory is going to replace the entire dash at no charge to me. I can't tell you how much Garrett made my day. This is the second Lexus I've owned and I have always loved both of them. Over the years I've had a few Cadillacs also. While the Caddy is a nice car, the Lexus is fantastic, and this extra effort and service that Clearwater Lexus and specifically Garrett put into providing me incredible service is more than I could ever expect. Thank you Lexus of Clearwater and thank you to Garrett. I know ever business would love to have dedicated, quality employees like you. Thanks so much, Garrett!
