Zac was amazing. He’s great, easy to work with he even gave me a hamburger while I was waiting. The finance team was also super knowledgeable and explained things well. However, the car was advertised at $17,000 with optional warranty and security system etc. So I say, I don’t want those things. But they say, well the security system is already installed so it’s not actually optional, it’s mandatory. So I say, then the advertised price is false, the real price is $17,700. I thought that was rather misleading. Also I only got one key fob and no spare tire.

I had the pleasure of working with Lou. He made the buying experience as smooth as possible, by allowing me to fill out the paperwork online prior to arriving at the dealership. My daughter and I got to sit back and enjoy their complimentary lattes while they detailed the car and I waited to sign the final paperwork. This is my first experience at Armstrong, and my first Volkswagen, but based on the service and quality of their products, it will not be my last. I strongly recommend looking to them first, prior to buying somewhere else.

From the moment I walked into the showroom to the moment I left, top notch customer service all the way around! The general manager came out to thank me for my business and all. I had a trade in that was an easy transition. No haggling or anything. They asked what I wanted and made it happen with ZERO and I do mean ZERO stress! You will have my business for many years to come! Please know it’s not always a great experience buying/leasing a car but you all made it seamless! Much appreciated!!!!!
