I've been buying vehicles from Chance for over 20 years. He's always done me a good job. I recently bought a vehicle off of him 5 months ago, the transmission went out to my surprise. When I called and asked about a transmission guy, Chance ended up paying for half of my transmission. Chance auto is not about the sale, its about building the relationship.
