The techs at Edwards of Storm Lake were great. My truck was taken in at the scheduled day & time. Everything was done in a timely manner and Edwards even provided a cold drink and space for me to work while I waited. Once they were done, they promptly came in to let me know they were finished & had my bill ready to go.

Overall pleased. I tried to call the 888 number to schedule a service for my vehicle- that was a joke- could not understand the individual talking, they put my on hold and after 10 minutes I hung up and called a different number. That worked! When I got there the service was very good and they were kind. I got a quote for some tires that I wish they would have explained though

Extremely pleased with the service I received today. Tony Hartnett could not have been more helpful, accommodating, or nice. He kept me informed from the time I called in for an appointment until I picked up my vehicle after service. Tim Wagener gave me a ride home and it was a very pleasant ride. He carried on a great conversation and drove with care. Overall I was pleased with my experience today
