Oct.2023 - My husband and I picked this dealership due to the great reviews/high ratings and it was as advertised. Kevin made us feel like family, helping us complete every step of the process. WOW is all I have to say! I recently bought a car from Kevin and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The car we purchased was the best of its kind listed in the valley. Kevin went above and beyond to help us complete the deal and was so understanding of our situation. We truly couldn't be happier with our new car! I am very happy with my experience with Kevin at Arizona Hybrid cars. I bought a 09 Ford Escape Hybrid from him in Dec 2019. I normally only buy private party, but what I was looking for was not coming up. I took a chance and ended up a great pleasure working with him. Treated me like a human being, super courteous/respectful, was knowledgeable & patient with all my questions, definitely didn't pressure. The Escape was in excellent condition - the price extremely reasonable - and he didn't add ridiculous unnecessary fees, just the tax. A very simple, hassle-free process. He was so kind to discount the price even further discovering the sunroof only vented. He went out of his way to deliver my car, as well! I would definitely do business with Kevin again - he genuinely cares about people getting in the right car for them. Even more - in Sept 2020 when I was having a "potential" hybrid battery problem - I called to pick his brain after I heard what the mechanic said - and he's been so generous to offer advice that has saved me thousands of dollars. Kind, honest people with integrity, are a rare breed in this business!
