Jon is a great guy. He bends over backwards ro help me whenever I have car trouble. He has paid me top dollar for several vehicles. He has sold me several vehicles at reasonable prices. All is work on my vehicles is honest and reasonable.

I have purchased/traded in several vehicles here over the past 8 years. APC has always been fair and honest. I've had some vehicles purchased here that needed repairs after the purchase. I have found them willing to help, with very reasonable shop rates and prices when unforseen repairs have been needed after purchase. Some folks (a previous reviewer) assume that dealers know everything about the wear and tear on a vehicle, and should be responsible for all of it. The buyer wants a "new" car at a used car price, and assume the dealer should know about everything and do all of the work to make it happen. When this doesn't happen, they call it a scam. :( I've owned ~20 used vehicles over the past ~20 years. I was a bit naive on the first few - thinking they would have no issues. What I've found is that it's up to us as buyers to dig in and find out what needs to be done before the purchase and make sure that it's on the table when negotiating the final deal. What I consistently get at APC is an honest assessment of what is known about the vehicle and what my trade-in is worth. I've always found these to be in-sync with KBB and the NADA guides, and have no complaint. Be honest and fair with them - they will be honest and fair with you.
