From my first contact with Christine over the phone to schedule an appointment she was very polite, professional and helpful. Upon arriving at the service center I was Happily greeted by a wonderful service manager, Bryan. Who couldn’t have been nicer, more helpful, knowledgeable and respectful and throughout the service would explain everything in detail and would keep me updated and I was truly impressed by his professionalism and commitment! I was also impressed by the facility it was clean and very organized which I really appreciate. I had the pleasure of working with Dan and Jaize to purchase my new vehicle. They truly went above and beyond to make my car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. The best experience I've had buying a car, and I am out of state. Andru was an amazing salesperson. He went the extra mile every time. The Service team was quick and added all my truck accessories the next day. Lastly the delivery drivers we great also. I see why the dealership has such a high rating. I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from Cochran again and I am 3 hours away.
