I had an oil change and tire rotation at AN Subaru recently(march 2024). The experience was very good. Bryce was very helpful. The service wait time was about 80mins so it wasn’t too long. The service technician took videos and images of possible problems for future. It was a delightful experience. I would only caution future customers to make sure you ask about pricing for each individual service. There’s chargers for any and every service so get the full price before starting all services.

I have purchased cars in the past and this was the best hassle-free experience ever. Dylion and Vic explained everything I needed to know and were very patient (and not condescending). Other staff were friendly and welcoming. Coming back to the dealership is like the old tv show "Cheers, where everybody knows your name!" I have recommended Subaru to others ever since my first one; now I will also specify this dealership as the right place to go.
