I started my search for a new vehicle at the end of July and needed one quick BUT I only had $600 to put down and I knew I needed my payments to stay as close to $200-250/month as I could get, with a warranty. One of the first places that popped up with a reasonably priced SUV with decent miles was Destiny's automotive. The website showed a 2014 Chevy equinox with less than 80,000 miles so I filled out the inquiry online and what felt like immediately, I received an email AND a phone call to help me. These gentlemen were extremely friendly and helpful from the very beginning and when I was finally able to go by the dealership, I KNEW these were people I wanted to do business with. Before I even looked at the car, Jimmy was very straight forward and told me there was a timing issue but then said they would have that fixed before I took it home. We even went over a few other minor things that would need to be done before I took it(all of which was indeed completed). When it came to getting financing, Jimmy went above and beyond doing everything he could to get my payments exactly where I needed them (even with a good warranty). It took a little longer than expected but that's because they were working so hard to get me EXACTLY what I wanted and in comparison to other dealerships I've dealt with, it was still quick. When we were done they gave me the option to leave it and have it fixed Monday(it was Saturday when I was there) OR take it that day and being it back on a day that suited my schedule that week(it was my daughter's bday week and they knew I had a lot to do) so I decided to take it and then I dropped it off Thursday morning for it to be taken to the mechanic. Thursday evening Jimmy texted me a picture of everything they replaced on my car and then called and asked if I could pick it up Friday so he could make sure everything was running smoothly in the morning after it had time to sit so of course I said yes! I have NEVER seen a dealership that cared soooo much about the products they're selling and the customers buying them. I've had my car for 2 months now and couldn't be happier!! Everybody I talk to, I refer to Destiny's automotive and I will definitely do business with Jimmy and Phil again!! I can't thank these guys enough!
