I recently purchased a 2012 BMW 135i from here. I always have my guard up with dealerships and mechanics. Long story short, the salesman Sal, finance guy Joe, and everyone at this dealership went above and beyond, making the purchase of my car memorable. This dealership really stands out, and deserves recognition. I have good credit, but neither of my banks or Credit Union would finance the car I wanted due to its age. I told Sal that I probably would not purchase it because I doubted they could get me the interest rate that my Credit Union offered. To my surprise they were able to get me approved with the terms I wanted. There was a minor issue discovered the night I purchased the car (rain/light sensor). Sal told me not to worry and he would get it fixed. I had my doubts because the deal was already made, but they followed through on their word. They fixed it for me once the part came in, and I couldn't be happier with my car, or the service and communication I got from Sal, Joe, and the mechanic. Side note; If you see a car you want online, I suggest calling ahead and let them know you want to check it out. This is a fairly small lot with over 100 vehicles, and it may take a little time to get the car fully accessible. This lot is full of nice cars, mostly euros. After my experience here, I highly recommend this dealership. -Adam

I recently purchased a used car from here and I couldn't be more satisfied. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Sal was incredibly welcoming and attentive. He helped me find the perfect car within my budget and was very knowledgeable and patient, providing detailed information about each vehicle I was interested in. There was no pressure to make a quick decision, and I appreciated the transparency in the pricing and vehicle history. The car I chose was in excellent condition, both mechanically and cosmetically. They had clearly taken the time to ensure it was thoroughly inspected and serviced before putting it on the lot. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. We had the most amazing experience using Automaxx USA in Tampa!! Joe and Sal (I’m sorry if I missed anyone, but those are the only two that we interacted with) from start to finish, were so, very helpful, attentive, friendly and made what could have been a very stressful and overwhelming experience run smoothly. Their inventory is amazing! Quality vehicles for prices that are not going to break the bank! We plan on getting an another new vehicle in the next couple of months and, no doubt, they will be getting our business again! Thank you, Automaxx!

We searched exhaustively in the Tampa Bay area and so glad we found Sal @ Automaxx. He was friendly, thorough, professional, courteous, and gave us space to browse. He followed up post-sale to check on us (as we drove across country in our "new to us" car.) A 5 star experience all-around!

What a different experience. Not your average dealer. Great communication, easy to work with and the after sale follow up is awesome. Would definitely recommend and would purchase from again... I flew in to this dealer for this purchase which is always risky but they made the process simple...
