Ryan is awesome. I’ve had high end buying experiences with Lexus, Infiniti, Audi, and Volvo that we’re not nearly as pleasant as this one. I saved so much money buying a used car versus new and they were honest, fair and easy to work with. The whole process was maybe an hour or so and super relaxed. I have bought several vehicles from this dealership, and every experience and interaction with the sales team and management has been second to none! 11/10 Everyone is friendly, real, not robotic and trying to shuffle you in and out digging into your pockets as I have seen many times elsewhere. They understand everyone has different wants and needs, so they really try to figure out what you would like, what your budget is and they'll work with you. They are also very informative so if you don't understand something they are quite good at explaining how certain things and processes work which is also very helpful. They really went out of their way to help my mom when she was in an accident which wasn't her fault, and needed a new car quickly! I was very impressed and knew they would go to bat... which really meant a lot to her and myself as well. Great job guys! And great job on all my purchases too! I have been quite pleased with all of my vehicles. Auto Center of Columbus did a wonderful job in helping find the right used car we wanted. Being tied in with Nissan North and the Mitsubishi dealership across the street, really gives them a great selection and insured that the used cars are thoroughly inspected and running properly. Jason was awesome and took the time needed to go over all our options. If you need a used car, I recommend that this be one of your first choices. It turned out to be the only one we needed.
