My service experience on 4/6/24 at Patriot Infinity was the best dealer experience I can recall. Jake and his team fit me in for needed repairs while I was on the road traveling back to Chicago. They fixed my car, changed my oil and washed my car in a little over an hour! I was back on the road trouble free. I don’t ever recall that type of speedy service from my local dealer even if I include the drive time to Merrillville. Many thanks to Jake and your team! Matt A Park Ridge, IL

Great service! Katrina was super helpful and was honest about everything! Would definitely recommend her and Infiniti to anyone looking to trade in your car and buy a new one. They gave me the most money out of anywhere for my car.

Had a flat tire on the highway got towed to this facility. Tom was incredibly helpful. Since they didn't have the tire I stock, they arranged a ride home for me. At my request they did a checkup and oil change. I was given updates and knew when it was done and ready for pickup. Tom is an example of great customer service. Will definitely be using this facility for my car.

Daniel was amazing to deal with and I appreciated his efforts dealing with me and my father. We eventually got the price we wanted and left with the vehicle we wanted. The only thing we didn’t appreciate was the snarky comments from the finance manager Rick. I guess that’s what happens when you don’t buy their warranty. Other than that I recommend Daniel to help you out
