We would like to sincerely thank Kenneth our salesman and Josh the finance manager. We originally came to Jeremy Franklin in 2021, at the time I did not know how Missouri taxes worked. Josh came out and spent his time explaining it all to me and gave me the amount at the time would be due. Kenneth was THE most pleasant, knowledgeable and low pressure salesman. The sale didn't work out then but I knew that when I was ready to buy I was coming back to Jeremy Franklin specifically because of those 2 individuals. Here we are 2024 and that is exactly what we did and when we found Kenneth still working there we were SO excited!! We immediately grabbed him, we showed up late around 5:30-6pm on a Tuesday, we left with our new car that night! When Josh came out to close our paperwork I immediately tried to remind him of our first interaction back in 2021. Doesn't matter how busy he is in the back, he takes his time explaining all the paperwork with you!! These 2 people made car buying so easy and I never forgot either one of them. Went to Jeremy Franklin on 4/22. Deon my sales guy was awesome. Everyone there made me feel welcome. I drove away in a 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. Thank everyone so much. If you are in the market for a new or used car, I HIGHLY recommend Jeremy Franklin. Best car buying experience ever!

I had the pleasure of Kenneth Anonye to assist me in purchasing a vehicle. He was very professional and patient with me. Kenneth and Joseph talked to me like a human and not like they just wanted me to buy. They went above and beyond in working with banks to find me a deal that I could afford. Matthew was amazing! We just needed a reliable vehicle to haul our kids around for small errands around town and daycare. Nothing extravagant. He heard our basic needs and got us in the perfect vehicle in our price bracket. Everyone in the dealership was kind and understanding as our two toddlers ran around while we tried to wrangle them. Matthew distracted them with coloring, another teammate ran around with them all so we could sign paperwork. Everyone was up front and honest with every question we asked. There was no beating around the bush, no up selling, just kind individuals who genuinely wanted to help. Definitely the best customer service we've ever experienced.

Best car buying experience ever!! Matthew Manley took amazing care of me from start to finish. He was very thorough and transparent with me through the whole process. He was very professional and also personable and easy to talk to. I was there for several hours but the time passed so fast, they made me feel like family there. I was introduced to everyone and I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly, professional and helpful everyone that works there is. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to qualify and get approved for a car because of my credit caused by some rough patches in life. But they were able to work their magic and I was approved for a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan and I love it!! I’m so thankful to all of the staff at Jeremy Franklin for being so helpful. They truly listened to me and what my needs were and helped me get exactly what I needed. I never felt like I was being swindled or taken advantage of.
