I submitted my credit application through VIP auto’s website and Anthony called me the next day and immediately started working on getting me approved. He had a rate for me that day and when I expressed slight concern he got it lower for me without hesitation. He then got me a lower down payment and got me in the car I wanted sooner than I expected. Once at the dealership the car was everything I could have asked for and the process was maybe an hour in and out! Highly recommended

I absolutely 2014 Jeep Wrangler! Andres was excellent, he came in on his day off and took care of everything, I was in and out within a couple of hours. I was able to have my own mechanic check out the vehicle, he discovered that the jeep needs new brake pads. I am informed the finance manager and without hesitation, he said I could bring it by next Tuesday and they would install brand new brake pads for me. For being a 2014 it's in very good shape and only has about 80k miles on it. I am very impressed with the level of service and honesty. I cannot recommend VIP enough
