Dropped my vehicle off for service today. Sales manager for new cars heard that I had a bad experience at a different dealership with my detail in the downtown Chicagoland area. Well, my car was in for service. The manager wanted to make sure that he clean my vehicle and personally went into detail the paint. I have 125,000 miles on my vehicle now and he made it look like it was brand new again. When was the last time you saw a manager spent two hours buffing and polishing a vehicle in a suit

Visited the dealership and had a 5 star experience with Eddy Lindt. He has expert knowledge with a friendly and approachable style. Showed me everything about the vehicle and answered all my questions in a genuine friendly manner. He is a refreshing change from the stereotype of used car salesman out for a sale. We went in to look at the QC60 for my birthday and drove away with a beautiful QX50. Our sales person Eddie Lindt was amazing. He was patient as we talked things through to make the right choice. He is very knowledgeable of the Infiniti Brand and was an amazing guide to helping us through the process. I would buy here again!
