Online appointment form is super easy, and once I arrived Jeremy Garcia greeted me right away. He confirmed the details of the apportionment, offered extras (some accepted, some declined without pressure), and provided an estimated waiting time. The Team at Bill Page wrapped up an oil change, tire rotation and balance, and recall investigation in less than 90 min so I was thrilled. Plus a quickie bonus car wash! Jeremy reviewed the invoice and I was on my way quickly - once again Bill Page Honda demonstrates excellent customer service and I'm glad I'm a customer!

This was the quickest and least painful car buying experience at a dealership I have ever had. The entire experience was less than an hour and a half. Everyone involved were courteous and efficient. Lagearld was a new employee when I met him six weeks before my purchase while test driving another car and I liked him. We kept in periodic touch and he emailed me about the car that better suited my needs so I made sure to seek him out and I bought the car.
