Have been buying and servicing my vehicles from Younker since 1980. Founder Sam Younker’s tradition of exceptional customer service starting from the sale thru the service of my vehicles has never wavered.. Regarding the service performed on this visit Mike Bryant my service advisor, greeted me with a smile, listened to my concerns, clarified what the issues at hand and pushed forward to find a resolution. (You see I was about to embark on a 1700 mile trip and a dependable repair was paramount.) Two hours later Mike called and said my Pathfinder was ready. Turns out that the repair was a simple fix, and he found a safety recall that needed attention as well. Mike had the technician run a thorough inspection on the Pathfinder which gave me peace of mind in regards to the journey I was about to make. My sincere thanks to Jimmy Church-General Manager, Derrick Albrecht-Service Manager, Mike Bryant-Service Advisor and the technician who performed a flawless repair. What a Great Team at Younker Nissan creating an A+ Customer Service experience for my 45 years of doing business there. Being able to be a customer of Younker Nissan is truly a privilege. My 1700 mile trip was completed without as much as a hick-up. Amazing!

Earl, the service associate was very professional, to the point, and answered my direct questions. The next time I come in, I will be getting maintenance work completed. I returned to Yonker Nissan in Renton, Washington, because of their integrity and professionalism. Al I live closer to another Nissan dealership, I always go back to Younker! Thank you to the Younker team for always supporting me and listening to my concerns or needs when it comes to my Nissan vehicles!
