So I had low expectations going in but this was the car I wanted. I ordered and submitted all the information I could online. That was great and I hoped (but doubted) it would actually reduce the time/pain spent buying a car. Did it? Yes! Between Rob and the finance manager Manny, it was the most pleasant dealer experience I've ever had. I also got to meet the manager Curtis, who was quick to take care of an issue I noticed.

I had difficulty getting an appointment for service. I called, was put on hold, then routed through the phone tree. The first real person I talked was unable to schedule me, as I had not been there previously, so I was rerouted to a service representative. Her voicemail message asked me to text her. When I did and requested an appointment later in the week/the following week, the first text I got was "please call [the first person I spoke with] to get your car enrolled in the system." When I texted back that that person was whom I had started with/sent me to her, the next text said, "nothing available this week." Then, before I could text back to inquire about next week, I got "Your appointment has been scheduled for tomorrow 8:00AM." Fortunately, my schedule was free, and I could make that appointment. After the challenge of trying to schedule an appointment, I had low expectations for the visit, but I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! JaVon greeted me promptly and courteously. He carefully went through the planned service and expected costs/time for the work, and he showed me to the waiting area. My car went into the service bay exactly at the appointment time and was returned to me right on schedule.
