Overall, it was a great experience with purchasing a vehicle. (Long review ahead) This was my first time going to/purchasing from this dealership. I went in to test drive/check out the Frontier. The sales associate was extremely helpful and easy to work with. They were able to get the number as close to what I needed as possible. The trade-in process was easy, and I felt it was overall fair in the pricing. It did take a little negotiating, but we were able to work it out without any tough back and fourth. We were assisted by a few people throughout the process, and everyone in the dealership was very friendly/helpful. I also found a small ding in the hood a few days after purchasing the vehicle that I didn't notice upon purchasing. I reached out to them, and they had me bring the truck back and covered getting it fixed. I can't say how appreciated this was since I know some dealerships just aren't helpful. Personally, my family had done business with Kia for most of our life, but after this experience, we'll be switching over to Nissan. (We recently had a HORRIBLE experience with Kia). I hope they continue to bring this type of customer service because it's what I look for in getting a new vehicle(along with pricing). Overall, I'd highly recommend checking them out and giving them a chance. My sales associate was Blake King, and he was very helpful/accessible through the process.

I was a brand new buyer, I’ve never gone through the process of buying a car from a dealership before. There’s a lot of stigma around dealerships and that they’re going to try and cheat you, and how one shouldn’t go alone if you’ve never bought a car before. I brought someone with me because I had no clue what I would be talking about and what to even look for in terms of a good price and what a good deal would look like. Even with that, the people that work here were extremely kind and very understanding. They made the buying process so much easier than I would’ve imagined it being. If you’re a first time buyer, or if you have experience, this dealership is amazing to go through and have great people in their environment and would highly recommend to others.
