I had a great experience working with Donovan at Groove Mazda! We did all of the paperwork online so that when I came in to pick up my new car all I had to do was sign papers. It made the process quick and enjoyable! He is a great at communicating and checking in before and after purchase which shows me he cares about his customers! Highly recommend working with Donovan and Groove!

I absolutely love coming to Groove Mazda! I’ve been here three times in a month for 2. An oil change 2. Repairing a recalled part and then 3. yesterday my vehicle had electrical issues. Todd has been excellent in making sure my vehicle was properly serviced, I had a shuttle or loaner vehicle while my vehicle was fixed and finally making sure I was updated regularly during my vehicles repairs. I am so thankful for Todd and The Grove Mazda Staff and their impeccable service! I foresee us doing business for several years to come!

Have previously had quality vehicle service Groove Mazda and also recently had a great experience shopping at Groove. When I walked in Zach immediately greeted me and took his time to talk with me. He was open and honest and I appreciated working with him. Even though we were unable to come to an agreement, I was impressed by the team there and would consider buying from them again.

Nothing but great things to say about my experience at Groove Mazda!! The entire staff is extremely helpful and professional. We first came around May to browse and AJ went out of his way to let us test drive even though he had other appointments at the same time. There was no pressure from him when I told him that I would be back in October and I did! Sarah is so sweet and actually said hello to us while we were in the lot. She made sure I got the exact car I wanted too without hesitation. When I got to pick up my new car the next day, AJ went above and beyond to make sure I knew how to use every feature in the vehicle and was comfortable. He even helped remove the excess stickiness from the window tint sticker that I removed from inside of the car. Even the finance guys were genuine and didn’t make us feel rushed or pressured to buy extra packages we wouldn’t use. 10/10 customer service from everyone here.
