I took my daughter shopping for her first car on her 18th birthday. We could not have had a better experience! There was zero sales pressure. The atmosphere is very laid back, an almost homey sort of vibe. Our salesman, Willie, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We spent an entire day visiting dealerships, but felt the most comfortable with the family vibe at South. I wanted my daughter's first car-buying experience to be a good one and I couldn't have asked for better! 10/10 recommend!

Very friendly and great to work with. No pressure tactics and the sales representative was easy going. The whole purchasing process took less than 3hrs for me, and the vehicle selection and quality were decent. Wish they could do a bit more discount for military veterans though, other than that it was pretty much a hassle and stress free experience. Love the car, thanks Rory!

It was a Pleasant experience from start to finish! I sent a message about a brand new c8 they had on their lot, within minutes they shot me an email and began receiving videos, pictures and carfax report. It’s always nice to see a dealer who replies quickly and accepts all requests you ask of them! I buy tons of cars every year, and it’s nice to have a great experience. Highly recommend them! I had purchased my vehicle with Willie and he was one of the best sales guy I’ve worked with. The finance guy was also great and very welcoming/funny compared to what I’ve dealt with at other dealerships. I felt right at home with them! Now for the longer part - after buying my vehicle it needed some fixings and the guys at the shop fixed her up to look brand new. I’ve taken my vehicles to many shops before and haven’t always had the best experience with being a woman, but the shop manager and the head mechanic at this location were by far some of the most genuine I’ve met. About a couple days later I was having issues with the heat and it not working. After going back and forth, dropping it off and picking it up at the shop, the shop manager and his head mechanic fixed it and got it back to 100%. The shop manager now didn’t have to take the vehicle in so many times and try to get to the bottom of my car issue, but they did - and that to me was huge. He could have told me “sorry, we can’t fix it” but never did once. Everything they did was try and make my life as easy as possible and They genuinely wanted to get to the bottom of my car’s issue so that it didn’t inconvenience me anymore and I could start to enjoy my new ride. When you buy a car, you’re not only purchasing the car, but the service that comes along with it and man did the shop guys really go out of their way to make my vehicle brand new and 100% working condition. A big shout out to the two gentleman who helped me throughout my car issue process and because of you, I prefer to buy my vehicles from this company. Why? Because I know the guys who fix it and the sales people who you deal with during the front end process are great and genuine individuals who care about their customers. Thank you for everything!!
