I really like the relaxed, no pressure take at McDonald Kia. Shawn Reilly is a straightforward and friendly salesman. I also liked the variety of vehicles they had to offer. I was able to choose from five different vehicles, which made it easy to choose. I would come back for all my vehicles needs, FOR SURE!!

Our experience was top notch from start to finish!! Our journey started Saturday with Walker where we test drove the vehicle, worked out the trade in values and overall deal. On Monday we followed up due to an issue with the DVD player. He had the part ordered, and a clear plan was made for getting it taken care of. Then we had his salesman, Bill follow up to take care of financing, which was equally a smooth process. We made a plan to come in on Friday to pick up the van and finalize paperwork. Ryan, a sales manager, called me Friday early afternoon, to let me know the wrong DVD player had been ordered, we could still pick up the van, and then schedule a time in the upcoming week to come in for the repair. They wanted to be clear that they would take care of us, and they have to this point. I have loved every aspect of this vehicle purchase, it has been smooth, with very friendly salesmen, and managers. I Highly recommend McDonald Kia in Saginaw, especially Walker, Bill, and Ryan.

McDonald Kia provided me with a fair price on a new Kia Van. I was looking for a closeout price on a 2023 model so I called every Kia dealership in Michigan but was unable to find any. The response from their salesperson Cynthia was quick and she followed through unlike most of the other dealers and found a 2024 in my preferred color. I would describe our dealings as no nonsense and straight to the point, which I appreciate. 2 and 3 days later other dealers called back or tried to follow up to sell me a van. I was sure to let them know that they dropped the ball when they had a serious buyer. Cynthia seemed experienced and could not have been more helpful. Constructive criticism for McDonald. I realize that there were staff changes very close to my delivery however the deal should not have taken over an hour to close. My suggestions for improvement would be to handle any sales pitches of warranty or any other ad ons over the phone when dealing with an out of town sale. The Paperwork should have been prepared and ready at my 430 appointment especially knowing that I had a 2 hr ride home. I understand the staff difficulty but the office had all day to get the docs ready, or have the financial guy call me to sell me on any extras. Skip the back and forth to the manager on said extras and give everyone the same great price the first time. Overall this was good car buying experience and I would return to buy here again.
