We had a really positive experience at Plano Preowned. I was looking for my daughters first car and found a great option there with a clean Carfax report and low miles. Gigi was our salesperson, and I can't say enough great things about her! The day we reached out, she was super responsive and emailed me all the info on the car and sent me the final numbers in writing, per my request. There were no fluff fees like the other dealerships we'd visited. It was just the basics and her transparency from the beginning made me feel like I could trust her. We test drove the car and loved it. I had the car professionally inspected at the dealership and they were all very accommodating. The car needed new tires and an oil change and Gigi took care of that without me even asking. We bought the car and she had it delivered to me along with the paperwork which saved me a ton of time. The whole process was super easy and stress free. I would absolutely buy from them again and would refer my friends to them. Gigi is amazing and I plan to work with her again next time!

I have been working with Gigi at Plano Preowned, and she has really gone out of her way to assist me with getting exactly what I want. She has been working for well over a week to get me the exact terms I need for the vehicle I want, and although we haven't yet finalized a deal, I am super appreciative of how hard she's been working on my behalf. She's a go-getter, kind, and helpful, without being overbearing. I also love that she's communicative and keeps me in the loop. I love that this is a smaller dealership, because it's less of a hectic feel in the office. They also have a great selective of really nice vehicle and very good prices. I found this lot as I was searching and comparing prices online, and their prices compare well with those at other dealerships.
