Alex was a very helpful sales consultant for the purchase of a 2024 Impreza fresh off the car carrier. However, before we settled on model and the specific car, Alex got us any model and car we asked for and was ready for any questions with specifics. Calvin the brand manager was friendly and professional as were the guys in the finance office. Not a 5 star only because on the day we came to pick up the car we sat around for a half hour before the final paperwork was completed. Thx Alex for your product knowledge and help; thx Castle Subaru for a good car buying experience.

Purchased a Subie from Ed Chambers earlier this year. He treated us awesome. We didn't have an appointment and not only did he fit us in while juggling several other customers, he stayed well into the nignt to make sure he answered any questions about our new vehicle abd showed us some "tricks" too. I cant remember the finance person's name unfortunately but what I do recall is he followed thru on calls and got us the best financing possible - in a pseudo recession when cars are scarce and finance rates sky high. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. They made us feel taken care of from the moment we walked in. We've gone back for oil changes and the service department folks are top notch as well. Definitely recommend, especially over Napletons - new car, used car, service, whatever. Good bunch of people.
