The only negative, the cleaners that get the car ready for delivery aren’t very efficient but that does not reflect on my overall experience! Great job! ????

Purchased a 2017 civic with Balise, car drives and looks great and has some really excellent tech and engine features, got a front to back- 4 year warranty that was a fair deal with it. The car also gets free car washes for a few months and when I jus brought it back for a tint removal they handled it really quickly and filled the tank! They really do go out of their way with the small things to make the experience really easy and pleasant, my sales rep was very personable and happy to help me out whenever I have a question even after finishing the deal. All and all so far my experience has been good. My only frustration was they were asking over bluebook by about 2-3k and refused to negotiate the price I was also only given one key witch was a big upset for a over paid vehicle. I still do recommend them just make sure you know what your looking at before you make a purchase because a lot of there used inventory is over bluebook.

Honestly had a wonderful experience here from start to finish! Just left with my new Sienna today and couldn’t be happier!! I got introduced to Balise through Mathias who was super helpful and transparent about the process. then when I worked with Mike Peña on the actual sale and he was very easy to work with, communicative, and really helped my family plan about what to expect.
