I wanted them to check the door locks and fix it. They "could not" unless they did a diagnostic. Also 3 of my tire monitors worked when brought in there. When we left, none worked. Monica said " they will come on after we drive it awhile" after 200 miles, they never came on. My son is a mechanic and he fixed the lock after reading the car manual and will put a tire sensor in. Billion agreed to set the tire monitors"free" after this is fine by my son.

They did a good job picking up and dropping off. I’m a returning customer and bought the car from Billion, I was very disappointed in the trust that I would not pay for the service. Too much emphasis on how I would pay for the oil change. I understand that if I were unknown to them it would be understandable. Otherwise it was fine
