I’ve been shopping or just looking at cars and SUV’s at more than 100 dealers and my experience at this dealership was amazing. I have purchased over 40 new cars since I’ve been with my very understanding wife so I think I am pretty aware of what average all the way to routine excellence at a car dealership is. They were amazing enough to purchase the same day. They make it amazingly easy and stress free. From my sales and entire dealer experience with James and my delivery experience with Katya. I love the car and would recommend the dealership and especially James for your sales and financing process to Katya who has few equals in car knowledge and her ability to explain and help show me and my wife the plethora of features and options and how to use them. I’m very sincere in my true recommendation of this dealership!!

The employees of Bmw of Barrington consistently provide excellence when picking up and servicing my car. I cannot say enough great things about Tom Zapata, Manager of the Inner Circle Program. He always greets me with a smile and goes above and beyond with customers. He is always a pleasure to do business with and a major asset to BMW Barrington!! Erik Swanson in service is also fantastic to work with. He always notifies me of everything my car needs during each visit. He also sends me a video of my car showing them working on it and why service is needed. Thank you BMW of Barrington for having employees such as Tom Zapata and Erik Swanson who consistently demonstrate the highest level of customer service across the board.

The dealership advertises a “One and Only” approach to sales (dealing with one person and about one hour to close a deal) which I found to be refreshing and basically true. I submitted an inquiry online and got connected with my sales advisor Josh Simpson who I ended up working with throughout the rest of the process. Speaking about Josh, I would highly recommend asking for him if you visit the dealership. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and I felt he worked to get me the best deal he could. I was able to accomplish a lot of the heavy lifting online in advance which I appreciated. By the time I went into the dealership to test drive, I already had a written OTD price (including negotiating to remove the $2k “protection” package) and offer to purchase my trade in. At the dealer I was able to negotiate an additional $1k for my trade based on the Black Book data from CarEdge. Smooth experience, beautiful dealership. Check them out!
