Tesla has dealt with this by employing bigger and better batteries in the Model S than have previously been seen in electric vehicles. Even with the smallest batteries in its most basic trim, Tesla still claims a 200+ mile range for the Model S, easily besting the range of any of its potential competitors. Beyond the drivetrain though, the Model S is a competent luxury car. There is lots of room both inside the passenger cabin and in the trunk, making the Model S both spacious and practical. The car can even be fitted with a pair of rear facing jump seats pushing the seating total up to seven. Model S ownership starts at around $62,000, making it comparable to many European large luxury sedans, and while the Model S matches most of these sedans in terms of luxury and performance, it offers other benefits they can't hope to match. This model sets itself apart with All electric drivetrain luxurious interior with plenty of space, great performance, good looks

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Tim Cheng for making my car experience so positive. Tim’s expertise, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be recommending Tim to anyone I know looking for new vehicle.

This starts in 2021 with an order of a 2022 Maverick Latiat Crew Cab from Joe Myers. Months go by and we hear nothing. Then it’s an email from FORD! That says our bad we commit to spam emailing you every 6 weeks and tell you nothing. Now I have a 2023 Maverick order and I am priority in queue…aka trust me the check is in the mail. Then more spam saying Covid, supply etc…not that we limited production. About here Mavericks are showing up on lots all over North America….nice to know how priority my order placed in 21 was. Then the email I told my son was coming. It said we are not honoring your order, there is more profit in making you reorder than we think we will loose if you don’t. BTW @joemyersford it’s now 5 months and 3 trips…WHERE IS MY DEPOSIT, damn thieves. So imagine my surprise when he fell in love with the edge. Longer story but Neil, the GM and the staff at AutoNation restored our faith in car dealers, but Ford to me as a company needs to flush a couple of times.

Repeat buyer. We are lucky to have a good high volume dealership near our home in Katy, but what really made us return to AutoNation was our salesman, Demi Williams. The wife and I purchased an Explorer from Demi last year and were extremely pleased with the experience. I needed a new truck, since I about drove the wheels off my 2012 F150. It has been very reliable but it was time for a new one. I knew I wanted another F150 so it was just a matter of finding the right color and trim. The wife and I came to the dealership on the one day of the year it freezes in Houston. Demi remembered us and was great finding the right trucks to show, advice and explanation of the new features. My wife had slipped and wrenched her back earlier in the day and he was very helpful holding her hand in the sleet and ice. I narrowed my choices down to two trucks, an XLT and Lariat. The Lariat was nice but I loved the color and features on the Texas Edition XLT with 3.5 Ecoboost. It’s the same engine that I put 250k miles on my 2012. The only minus is no leather, but no matter, I love how the interior is blacked out. It is a great truck at a fair price, even though everything is too damn high these days. Demi was super patient with explanations on the sale paperwork when I had questions and responsive with after sale communication, too. If you are looking for personal experience, wait until you go to the dealership and ask for Demi, rather than initiating a sale on the internet. They are two different sales processes. I never received a survey from Medallia, so I am posting on Google to make sure my feedback was recorded.

Our experience at AutoNation Ford Katy was very good. Gareth was kind and knowledgeable and bent over backwards to help us get the car we wanted. The manager (I can't remember his name) was very helpful as well and went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
