I appreciate the car dealers' handling of their business and am happy with my 2018 Chevy Malibu. There was no issue at all in getting it from Austin to Nashville where I live. I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler Limited Sahara and can’t begin to tell you how comforting and caring the whole buying experience was… After my initial contact with Lani, the sales person that helped me find the Jeep that I was looking for, who was so knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to truly help me find what I wanted, I was introduced to the finance manager, Chloe, who made the finance and paperwork process almost effortlessly… I was so pleased with her help, knowledgeable, and comforting attitude and demeanor in getting the financing and paperwork started and completed in such a timely manner…And during this whole process the Owner, Mr. Greg, constantly checked in on me to make sure I was doing good and that his staff was getting everything taken care of…it was truly the best car buying experience that I have ever had, I will always go back to Austin Rising for any of my future purchases and will definitely tell my family, friends, and love ones about them..!!!! Wow, what a wonderful car purchasing experience, I have always dreaded going to buy a new car, but I was so relieved with the whole process from start to finish. They offered me more than I was expecting to get for my 2013 GMC Tahoe that I had for trade in. Everyone that I came into contact with was so pleasant to deal with, they made me feel like they really cared about my needs and what I was trying to do. I am so happy with the Toyota Sequoia that I purchased, it was in great condition , interior and exterior were practically spotless. I was even able to get an extended warranty on my vehicle that obliviously made me feel better about buying a used car. I will definitely come back to this dealer for any of my future purchases.
